Jim Molnar
For as long as I can remember I have loved dogs. But it wasn’t until around 1990 that I seriously started to train them. The next 5 years I was training my own dogs and anybody else that would let me. In 1995 my wonderful wife, Tammy, and I decided this is what we were meant to do. So in late 1995, Tammy and I attended National K-9 School for Dog Trainers. We both passed, moved to Castalian Springs Tennesse, and opened Cumberland Canine. 3,000 dogs later I still feel as if we are now only getting started.

Even at a young age growing up in California, I can remember being fascinated with dogs. In 1990, when I met my husband Jim and found out he too had a love for dogs.
I knew I was heading in the right direction. Shortly after getting married we began training our own dogs and everyone we knew that had a dog. In 1995, shortly after moving to Castalian Springs, Tennessee, we both attended National K9 School for Dog Trainers in Columbus, Ohio. Even now after 11 years and more than 3,000 trained dogs later, I still to this day enjoy every new dog that comes through our door.
